We have arrived in St. Bees!

After two lovely days with the Browns in Peterborough learning how to speak proper English and exploring the gorgeous English countryside, we have arrived in St. Bees after a six-hour train journey.  It is quite a bit cooler than we expected and we had a nice rain whilst we were walking to and from dinner. This photo will show you the beautiful good omen that greeted us here.

The bread and breakfast is lovely and the owner has given us some good hints about the walk, which he has done twice himself.  We've also met two couples who are beginning the trek tomorrow as well.  The owner assures us that there will be lots of others along the way to help keep us on the right track. Off to bed now so we can get a good early start tomorrow.  Pray for sunny skies.
